Putting customers at the heart of everything we do is paramount to our success here at Fusion. That’s why we are excited to announce our latest service offering – Revenue Recovery.

Since inception we have made it our mission to stand out in what’s typically considered as an untrusted and unregulated industry. By being the white knights of the UK energy market, we believe we can install positive behavioural change, impacting both the direction and perception of the industry as a whole.

Our latest research suggests that many brokers have not adhered to the law which governs them in the absence of any regulation; the ‘Law of Agency’. This means businesses, who have used a broker in the past, may be able to claim for any non-disclosed commissions and costs they have incurred. A problem which is now at an all time high.

To aid our new service launch, we have partnered with UK leading Law firms, as well as Consumer Dispute Resolution Limited, a leading alternative dispute resolution provider, to support our customers in righting the wrongs of bad brokers mis-selling commission in the past.

Chris Charlton CEO of Fusion for Business comments:

“Ensuring UK businesses are treated fairly is one of the most important aspects of our business and something I strive to embed in FFB’s culture daily. Revenue Recovery is a natural extension of the great work we are already delivering to our customers and really allows us to offer a complete 360 solution set. Our existing Energy Management and Energy as a Service solutions are known to improve business operations TODAY whilst preparing business sustainability for TOMORROW, so to now offer a solution that taps into the mindset of YESTERDAY, tackling the historical multi-billion pound issue of mis-sold broker commissions is quite frankly a no brainer.

The recent spotlight on this problem on BBC’s Rip off Britain supports our movement of doing the right thing to create a level playing field for our customers. Something in which all key players in our industry should be taking note.

We are privileged to have leading law firms and CDRL on board, and we look forward to combining our efforts to make a real difference for our customers moving forward.”
