As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we are delighted to announce that we have appointed Emily Weightman as our new Head of Customer Relations. 

Emily has been with the business for some time, so it’s been a real privilege to be able to promote her internally and watch her grow within the business. At FFB, over 90% of our promotions are internal. This is because we invest heavily in the training and development of our staff, so there is minimal requirement to look outside of the business for strong and emerging talent. 

Emily comes with a wealth of customer-facing experience, creativity and has a keen eye for detail which will now see her at the forefront of designing, developing and delivering our end to end customer journey. As our solutions and service offerings evolve, Emily will seamlessly integrate this into existing processes and communications to ensure that everyone that interacts with FFB experiences the same high-quality level of service, time after time, after time. 

She will also be managing stages in our Customer-Go Live process, acting as a key pillar to our teams in identifying and executing cross-sell opportunities as well as heading up inbound customer enquiries.
