Partnering with an energy broker is about more than securing a competitive deal. It’s about proactive portfolio management and ongoing support.
That’s why, at Fusion For Business, our support doesn’t stop once your energy contract is signed.
We have an in-house Customer Care team dedicated to supporting our customers throughout their energy journey. From dealing with supplier queries to helping customers understand complicated energy issues, our team is here to make things easier and get issues resolved.
We caught up with Leah from our Customer Care team to find out more about her role and the difference she makes for our customers.
Putting customers first, every day
A typical day for Leah involves managing existing customer queries, responding to new enquiries and communicating with both customers and energy suppliers to investigate issues and find solutions.
“I regularly communicate with both customers and suppliers to help resolve issues, provide updates, and ensure customers receive the information and support they need.”
That relationship with suppliers is an important part of what makes our Customer Care team valuable. Rather than leaving businesses to navigate supplier processes and energy industry terminology themselves, our team can step in, investigate the issue and work directly with the relevant supplier.
Taking the complexity out of energy
The energy industry can be complicated. Bills, contracts, suppliers and industry processes can quickly become confusing when you’re trying to run a business at the same time.
That’s where having a dedicated Customer Care team can make a real difference.
For Leah, one of the most rewarding parts of her role is helping customers understand what’s happening and providing a resolution when they’ve been dealing with an ongoing issue.
“As the energy industry can often be complex and overwhelming for customers who may not have much knowledge of it, I find it especially rewarding when I can explain things clearly and help them better understand their situation.”
It’s not just about sorting the issue. It’s about making sure the customer understands what’s happened and knows what happens next.
Why use an energy broker?
Managing your business energy directly can take valuable time and resources, particularly when something goes wrong.
As an energy broker, Fusion For Business has access to specialist broker tools and established supplier relationships that can help us investigate and manage queries more efficiently.
Having the right tools and industry knowledge makes a difference, but so does having someone you can actually speak to when you need help.
Our team acts as an additional layer of support for businesses, giving customers someone they can turn to when they have a question, need an update or simply aren’t sure what to do next.
“Here at Fusion we always want to try and go above and beyond for our customers and will always try to assist and offer you the best support possible.”
No query is too big or too small
One of the biggest benefits of having an in-house team is that customers don’t have to worry about whether their question is “important enough” to ask.
Whatever the query, our team will look into it and help wherever we can.
Our Customer Care team can help investigate queries, liaise with suppliers, provide updates and explain what’s happening, giving businesses one less thing to worry about.
We’re here to help
For Leah, the best part of Customer Care is taking the weight off customers’ shoulders.
